yeah, it may be wrong, but today i was thinking about how the 'horrifying pictures of iraqi torture' could be even more horrifying. not seriously of course, but i've definitely been enduring my own kind of torture.

i would be far more horrified if there were pictures on the cover of the ny times of male figures in hoods walking in stilettos on a treadmill at high speeds. or wearing pantyhose in high heat. with bras that were too tight. and forced to read print that is, i kid you not, in 3.2 point size. if even.

i hate, quite literally, whomever made the major influences in women's fashion today. i wore the whole skirt/socks/tennis shoe combo the other day and my friend said it always reminding him of women's lib. maybe. but seriously. how do people walk miles in heels and other uncomfortable things in the name of fashion? so not worth it. i don't care how sexy they are, they fucking hurt. i think i bruised the top of my foot.

i''m clearly very busy at work. in case you can't tell. add hours of nothing to do to torture. i've finished reading the screenplay. now i'm counting down the minutes til i get to go to chinatown.

ps. funniest thing i've heard in a long time. yesterday a coworker is asking about another coworker's mystery date. and he says "hotdog or bun?" which i realize means boy or girl. hehe
