for whatever reason i've always kind of liked the name ralph. i have no idea where the affection came from, just that it's been around for a long ass time. so today i decided to research someone's name and what it means. after that i entered in "raul" which is the spanish form of a name i also really enjoy. and i have come to find out that raoul, raul, and ralph are all from the same root name. RADULF. which i have to say i wasn't initially in love with, but is growing on me rather quickly. i mean come on it's derived from the germanic elements rad meaning "counsel" and wulf meaning "wolf." which i have changed in my mind to mean rad by today's standards and wolf. yeah.
